About Tracy
Tracy Van Sickle is the Mortgage Supervisor at Peoples Bank in Boone, Iowa. With over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, Tracy began her career as a loan officer in 2000. In 2016, she transitioned to a managerial role, leveraging her extensive knowledge and expertise to oversee and streamline mortgage operations at the bank.Tracy is recognized for her deep industry insight and commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Her leadership ensures that the mortgage process is efficient and tailored to meet the needs of each customer.
As a secondary role, Tracy also oversees the recruitment and onboarding of interns, provides mentorship and training, and ensures that the internship experience is both educational and impactful. Her dual roles showcase her commitment to both operational excellence and the development of future professionals in the industry.
Outside of her professional life, Tracy is a dedicated wife to Matt and a proud mother of three boys. The Van Sickle family has a passion for sports, particularly track and field, which they actively support and enjoy together.
