Business Digital Banking experience with an upgraded mobile app is now available! Provided below is step-by-step instructions for accessing the new platform as well as our Business Digital Banking Guide.

Business Digital Banking Guide

Digital Banking - First Time Login Instructions

Insert the website address: www.mypeoples.bank then select login and digital banking. To avoid connectivity issues, please remember the digital banking URL did change, so please do not use previously saved digital banking website links. PLEASE SHARE THE LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS WITH ALL AUTHORIZED DIGITAL BANKING USERS.

●Username: Enter your current username.

●Enter temporary password: Current username + the last 4-digits of of company EIN

●Users will be prompted to insert a new password.

●Password requirements:

-Minimum of 8 characters

-Must have an uppercase and lowercase letter

-Must have a number

-Must have a special character

●The system will then step you through the remainder of the registration process.

●After you have successfully logged into the system, please remember to set up account nicknames, custom alerts, and any other settings you prefer.

●Re-establish online banking recurring internal transfer and loan payment cycles.

●Access to Bill Pay will become available. All biller information and bill pay information will need to be re-established.

ACH Templates

All ACH services and templates will be available however if the templates are setup on a recurring cycle, the cycle will need to be re-established.

Wire Templates

All Wire services and templates will be available however if the templates are setup on a recurring cycle, the cycle will need to be re-established.

Remote Deposit Capture

Remote Deposit Capture services will be available however customers must reconnect their scanners prior to attempting to make any new deposits. Please refer to Business Digital Banking Guide for more instructions. It is recommended that your IT provider be available to provide support through this process.

Check and ACH Positive

Check and ACH Positive Pay services will be available. Check Positive Pay users will need to rebuild check file templates prior to uploading a new check file. Please refer to Business Digital Guide for further details. September 16th and going forward: Exception items must be decisioned by 11:00 a.m.

Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit

The mobile banking application has changed. Customers will need to search by: MyPeoplesBank. Apple users may have their apps updated automatically if their settings are set to auto-update.

Quickbooks Online Web-Express Only

●Please note that QuickBooks Online Web Connect, Direct Connect, QuickBooks Desktop, and Quicken are not currently supported within the Peoples Bank Digital Banking.

●To re-establish connections for QuickBooks Online-Web Express please refer to your QuickBooks user guides for instructions.
