That is why we have made the decision to transition to an improved Digital Banking platform. Our NEW! digital banking experience and upgraded mobile app are now available! Provided below are first-time login instructions.

Digital Banking - First Time Login Instructions

Insert the website address: www.mypeoples.bank then click on the green login button upper right corner of the website and then select digital banking. To avoid connectivity issues, please remember the digital banking URL did change, so please do not use previously saved digital banking website links.

●Locate the login section.

●Username: Enter your current username.

●Enter temporary password: Current username + the last 4-digits of your social security number

●Users will be prompted to insert a new password.

Password requirements:

-Must include 8 characters

-1 number

-An upper-case letter

-A lowercase letter

-A special character

●The system will then step you through the remaining portions of the registration process.

●After you have successfully logged into the system, please remember to set up account nicknames, custom alerts, and any other settings you prefer.

●Enroll in e-statements and e-notices.

●Debit card alerts and limits will need to be reestablished.

●Re-establish online banking recurring internal transfer and loan payment cycles.

●Access to Bill Pay will become available, and it is recommended customers review all bill payment biller information before issuing the first set of payments.

Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposits

The mobile banking application has changed. Customers will need to search by: MyPeoplesBank and look for the Peoples Bank logo to reinstall the application on their mobile device. Apple users may have their apps updated automatically if their settings are set to auto-update.
