2021 Peoples Bank Credit Card Customer Notice

Peoples Bank has partnered with TCM Bank as a new provider for our credit card program to provide you with improved card options, features, and benefits.

For credit cards opened after 2/15/2021: go to MyCard­Statement.com to manage your account online.

For credit cards opened before then go to Credit Card Portal to manage your account online. We will notify you 60 days in advance of a new card being issued in which you will then make the switch.

About John II

John Rigler II is the CEO and Board Chairman of Peoples Bank. He is the third generation to manage the Rigler-family bank since John Rigler founded it in 1937. Earlier in his career, John II was a correspondent banker, bond manager, and government relations and trust department manager for a large national bank. Over the course of his time with the Rigler-family bank he orchestrated a series of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures that laid the foundation for the bank we are today. John II was born in New Hampton, IA, in 1951 and attended the University of Iowa where he earned a BA in Finance and Industrial Relations as well as an MBA. He is active in the community having served on several boards including the Des Moines Symphony, Grand View University, Iowa Community Development, and various other organizations
