Clive, Iowa – (January 2018) Green Circle Investments, Inc. is pleased to announce John P. Rigler II as its new Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Peoples Trust & Savings Bank.
John Rigler II is Chairman of Rigler Investments Co. who recently acquired Peoples Trust & Savings Bank. Rigler is also Chief Executive Officer of Rigler Investment Co. owned, State Bank, out of northeast Iowa. This acquisition gives the organization locations in two of the most desirable parts of Iowa. Both banks remain separately operated and hold independent charters.
