Scranton, Iowa – April 2018 – Bank President & COO, John Rigler III, is pleased to announce Tina Kafer has been hired as the Vice President, Branch Manager and Loan Officer in Scranton. For the past 6 years, Tina worked as a Senior Account Credit Manager with John Deere Financial.
